Electric Greg – 20 Mins

Record-breaking mountain endurance athlete, Greg Hill, has seen the affects of climate change first-hand and came to realize the way he was approaching the mountains was only making the problem worse. So he changed his approach and set out to climb 100 peaks without burning any fossil fuels. But the question is: will it make a difference?

Eli – 5 Mins

As a rancher growing up in the rugged northeast corner of the Navajo Nation with no electricity or running water, Eli Neztsosie learned through years of work what it meant to rely on discipline and endurance. Now he relies on those same skills, running long distances โ€“ striving every day, in his words, to be better than he was the day before.

Gone Tomorrow – Kentucky Ice Climbing – (trailer only) 20 Mins

Life of Pie – 11 Mins

When Jen Zeuner and Anne Keller moved to the tiny, conservative high desert town of Fruita, Colorado almost twenty years ago, it was not on the map as far as mountain biking was concerned and they were on the fringe and a bit ostracized. Now theyโ€™re at the very heart and soul of the community.

Amazing !!! Thank You SO MUCH for sharing these films with ALL of us ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ž This is my 28th consecutive year of attending the Banff Film Festival !! You NEVER let me down, I am always motivated by those I see in the films and by you as a socially conscious group of presenters to do a amazing act that makes social isolation just that much more easier to tolerate.
๐Ÿ’• and Health to all the amazing peeps out there,
    ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Heather

You do know that 400 people at Banff Centre were just laid off.
Publishing a list like this is a great way to ensure none of them get their job back and the future of the festival (which can only happen with the support of the earnings from the tour) Is at risk.
    Think about it
